How Can We Help?

Have a question or need a hand? Here are some ways we can assist:

• Menu & Customization: Ask about our made-to-order drinks, milk options, fresh fruit flavors, and bubble waffles.
• Orders & Delivery: We offer delivery and pick-up through ChowNow. Note that frozen treats are available for in-store ordering only due to melting risk.
• Events & Catering: Interested in hosting a BTS event or private party? Contact us for details.
• Merchandise: Questions about our boba kits, reusable straws, glass bottles, or tea sets? Let us know.
• Feedback: We value your input! Share your experience to help us improve.
